You’re about to experience something that very few people ever will, but it’s normal to be a little unsure. Jumping out of an airplane is a true adventure and intimidates everyone the first time. Knowing what to expect the first time you jump tandem will help.The first thing the skydiving company will do is give you some pre-flight instructions. Don’t worry; no one is expecting you to actually do anything. You’re not responsible for opening the chute. No one is even counting on you to remember your name!

  • When skydiving for the first time you won’t be doing a Freefall skydive, and it’s important that you are doing your dive with someone experienced and in the proper location. Flying through the air at 60 miles per second can put you in a precarious position, so it’s important to be prepared and in the company of those who are prepared too!   • Already have your license? Check out what we have to offer! Between $10 hop’n’pop Mondays and the beautiful mountain scenery, everyone can find a reason to stay and jump. We have bon fires every weekend, and jumpers are welcome to crash out on the hanger floor. So bring your sleeping bag and enjoy.

At Skydive Colorado, we are experienced professionals who have earned an excellent reputation through years of operation in Fremont County, Colorado. Moreover, we are a veteran owned and operated business, and many of our instructors are former or current military. Furthermore, some of our instructors began their skydiving career in the military while serving in an Special Operations Airborne unit, learning how to skydive in high stress situations that leave little room for error.

Every skydiving center will ensure that you have two parachutes; however, we take it a step further.  We know your time is valuable, so we make sure that we have double the airplanes, gear, instructors and even video editing equipment required, all to ensure your trip here goes with out a hitch!

We operate our Skydiving Center at the best location along the Front Range! Canon City, only 2 hours from Denver and less than 30 miles from Colorado Springs or Pueblo, offers beautiful views and a climate conducive to year round outdoor activity. Imagine student training or tandem skydiving, flying through the air with panoramic mountain views including Pikes Peak and the Arkansas River Valley.
